Working Experience

Since 1990: Teaching Gender Studies eg. at the Universities of Graz, Vienna, Innsbruck, Krems and at the University of Applied Sciences Munich.
2001-2003 University assistant at the Institute of Educational Sciences at the University of Innsbruck in the research area of critical gender and social studies.
Member of Gender Mainstreaming Experts International (GMEI) since 2003.
2005-2009 Scientific support and consulting for various Austrian ministries in the implementation of gender mainstreaming.
2010 -2015 research associate at the Women's Academy Munich and there, 2011-2014 head of the research project: EQUISTU - Equality Implementation Standards for Universities (www.equality-management.de) on behalf of the Federal Ministery for Education and Research in Germany.
Since 2018, head of the coordination office for the advancement of women, gender studies, diversity at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna).
