Brigitte Ratzer was trained as a Chemical Engineer at Technische Universität Wien (TUW) and made her PhD in Social Science Studies. Longstanding lecturer and researcher in the fields of Social Studies of Knowledge and Feminist Research in Science and Technology. Since 2005 Head of Office for Gendercompetence, TUW. Here Brigitte Ratzer is currently engaged in building up a network for transferring feminist and gender knowledge to engineering research groups and to the curricula.
