Lecturer at Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands; Owner at Connectify | diversity coaching and consulting

Carolin Ossenkop, PhD, works as an independent consultant on diversity and as an adjunct lecturer at the Nijmegen School of Management at Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands. Both in research and in practice, Carolin is intrigued by how organizational policies and practices translate into “real life” and how they are experienced by the people they are designed for. Exploring such experiences and critically challenging existing policies and practices, Carolin looks for opportunities to better align such organizational policies and practices with actual needs and experiences of a diverse workforce. As an independent consultant, Carolin capitalizes on her academic experience and knowledge, developing and providing trainings and workshops for both for-profit and non-for-profit/governmental organization on topics related to diversity in organizations.
