Dr. Roswitha Hofmann is researcher, scientific consultant (uebergrenzendenken) and lecturer at the TU Vienna and the University of Linz (A). Her research is based on an intersectional understanding of diversity issues. In her work she focuses on strategy development, organizational learning and competence building under diversity perspective. In her lectures, research and publications she connects queer theoretical perspectives with organizational theories and practical diversity perspectives.
